Front Desk Staff

VIS Longevity is a dynamic start-up in Merivale, dedicated to helping clients achieve their best health through cutting-edge therapies. We’re seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Wellness Experience Coordinator who will serve as both the welcoming face of our business and a hands-on guide for our advanced wellness technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and check in clients, ensuring every guest receives a warm and professional welcome.
Set up, monitor, and assist clients with red light therapy sessions.
Operate hyperbaric oxygen chambers safely and efficiently (full training provided).
Assist clients with compression equipment and other therapy devices.
Respond to additional client needs to ensure a seamless, supportive experience throughout their visit.
Ideal Candidate:

Has a genuine passion for wellness, sports, or therapies such as red light, hyperbaric, sauna/cold plunge, IV, and compression.
Is excited to work in a start-up environment, showing adaptability and initiative.
Brings strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
Enjoys working directly with people and technology to help clients achieve their longevity and health goals.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 – $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
