We are growing rapidly, and seeking another Product Manager in our Data and Finance Platform team!

Luxury Escapes is an in-person company. We work and collaborate together, face to face in our Barangaroo office.

About the team

The Data and Finance Platform team is pivotal to Luxury Escapes and is at the core of our business and growth. We have an exciting opportunity to capitalise on our growing financial platform capabilities including treasury, virtual card issuing and commercial analysis. You will be working with a talented team of software and data engineers using a mature technology stack in a growing scale up.


Your responsibilities

Facilitate the development of our Data and Finance Platform, working closely with the rest of the business to deliver the best travel platform worldwide.
Help transform our finance technology to further grow its potential as a profit centre
Translate complex financial and data concepts into clear technical requirements
Collaborate with commercial, finance and other teams in order to execute upon goals
Lead the vision, strategy, and execution for products that you manage
Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from problem selection and statement to delivery and optimisation
Set, measure, and improve success metrics for the products you manage.

Your background

3+ years in Product Management and/or Business Analysis in dynamic, fast-paced environments
SQL and Excel Proficiency preferred
Proven problem-solver who is willing to roll up your sleeves to get the job done and find the right solution
Analytical and commercial skills will be valuable in this role especially, as you could be dealing with large datasets on a daily basis
Solid experience in growing products through agile planning and rapid prioritisation
Strong collaboration skills, and ability to influence cross-functional teams. This means you have exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Commercially-savvy with the ability to talk fluently with leaders about financial concepts
Demonstrated success in defining metrics to manage excellent products.
