About the Role:


We are currently looking for an experienced, motivated and enthusiastic Sales Consultant, to join our team in Campbelltown to assist with our new and used vehicles. To succeed in this exciting role you will be a driven self-starter able to deliver exceptional customer service and sales support.


The role will involve:

Responding to customer enquiries promptly and professionally and actively prospecting for new clients to expand the customer base.
Establishing and maintaining a structured follow-up system to nurture leads, encourage repeat business, and drive customer retention.
Maximizing every sales opportunity by understanding customer needs, presenting suitable solutions, and contributing to the achievement of sales volume and profitability goals.
Staying updated on the latest product features, benefits, and updates across various models or series, enabling confident and informed communication with customers.
The successful candidate will need:

Experience in hospitality, customer service, or the automotive industry.
Strong skills in negotiating deals that balance customer satisfaction with business goals
A commitment to customer satisfaction.
Excellent communication skills
A valid NSW driver’s license.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
