Club Manager – Anytime Fitness Northbridge

Your Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily club operations and ensure exceptional service standards
Foster a positive, community-driven club culture for both members and staff
Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Drive local marketing initiatives and community engagement
Maintain a clean, safe, and high-functioning environment
Recruit, lead, and develop your own team
Ensure compliance with security, OH&S, and franchise standards
What We’re Looking For:

Proven leadership or management experience (fitness industry preferred but not essential)
Outstanding customer service and communication skills
Sales-driven mindset with a focus on results
Proactive and innovative – always looking to improve and grow
Passion for fitness and a genuine desire to help others achieve their goals
Essential Requirements:

Current First Aid & CPR certification
Valid Working with Children Check (WWCC)
Availability for a Full-Time (38 hours/week) position
