Full job description
Wetherill Park Specialist & Medical is a small general practice located in Stockland Mall shopping complex in Wetherill Park. It has GPs, Nurses, and operates 9am to 10pm. It operates near the larger practice located in the same shopping complex.

The practice is in need of a practice manager to assist with the overall operation of the practice. If you have experience in a management role at a small to medium sized medical practice, we encourage you to apply for this position.

The practice manager's duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

Oversee the practice' daily operation, as per established schedules and ensure all duties are carried out according to practice policy & procedure and RACGP standards
Interview, hire and train new staff in accordance with HR guidelines
Manage daily staffing & doctors' rosters to ensure optimal operation of the practice
Regularly review productivity and make staffing adjustments as needed.
Monitor stock purchasing, both administrative and clinical
Conduct regular staff meetings and annual performance evaluations
Oversee and monitor accounts receivable reports and
provide regular operational reports, to the Director, and work in conjunction with the Practice Consultant.

Pay: $52,987.80 – $123,260.27 per year

Education:

Advanced Diploma / Associate Degree (Preferred)
Experience:

Medical practice management: 3 years (Required)
