We are currently seeking passionate and professional individuals to join our fine dining team.

Position Overview:
As a Restaurant Server in our luxury dining establishment, you will be the face of our hospitality. You will ensure our guests receive seamless, personalized, and memorable dining experiences from the moment they are seated to their final farewell. This is a role for individuals who excel in high-end service environments and understand the art of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and serve guests in a professional, attentive, and friendly manner

Present menus, explain daily specials, and provide food and beverage recommendations

Take and relay accurate food and beverage orders to kitchen and bar staff

Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages

Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to requests or concerns promptly

Maintain cleanliness and elegance of the dining area at all times

Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware, glasses, and other essentials

Collaborate closely with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations

Upsell specials and premium offerings to enhance guest experience and revenue

Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines as per resort and local regulations

Qualifications:
Previous experience as a server in a fine dining or luxury hospitality environment preferred

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

Polished appearance and professional demeanor

Strong knowledge of food, wine, and fine dining etiquette

Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

High attention to detail and commitment to outstanding service

Smart Serve certification or equivalent (required in Ontario)

Ability to handle a fast-paced and upscale environment with grace and efficiency
