Key responsibilities:

Patient greeting and confirmation of accuracy of all pertinent prescription information prior to filling,
Data entry of patient care information into Fillware computer system,
Receiving of wholesaler medication order, pricing, and placing on shelf,
Third Party adjudication (if necessary),
Accurate dispensing prescription medications,
Maintenance of pharmacy stock (expiries, etc.)
General OTC enquiries from patients and referral to Pharmacist where required and necessary,
Handling customer prescription pick up,
Assisting with cashier responsibilities as required in the Pharmacy
Regular house-keeping of pharmacy (Cleaning, Shredding)
QUALIFICATIONS:

CANTONESE Speaking an Asset
KROLL Experience an Asset;
Blister Pack/Compliance Pack experience an Asset;
excellent organizational skills and detail orientation;
strong communication skills;
demonstrated customer service experience;
strong motivation to succeed;
proficient computer/data entry skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $17.20 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
