Job Title: Junior Audio Visual Technician (Training Provided)

Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Audio Visual Technician to join our growing team. As a Junior Technician, you’ll play a key role in installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting a range of audio-visual equipment in diverse environments. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for technology, who’s eager to learn and develop their skills in the audio-visual field.

This position will require working at various locations across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), depending on the project needs. Flexibility to travel to different sites within the GTA is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, and maintain a variety of audio-visual equipment, including projectors, sound systems, and video conferencing setups.
Read and interpret drawings to assist in the setup and installation of equipment.
Organize and run cables for AV systems, ensuring they are safely secured and neatly arranged.
Assist with site preparation and inventory, including organizing cables, setting up equipment, and ensuring a clean and professional installation.
Lift and move AV equipment as needed for installations.
Clean the site after during and after installations, ensuring all equipment and materials are properly stored, and the workspace is left tidy and organized.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Basic understanding of audio-visual systems and components.
Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to handle various types of AV equipment.
Prior experience with AV systems is a plus but not required—training will be provided.
Flexibility to travel to different sites within the GTA is essential for this role.
G Driver silence is plus but not required.
Comfortable handling tasks such as running and organizing cables, as well as ensuring the workspace is tidy.

Pay: $18.00-$24.00 per hour
