Full job description
Borger Group of Companies is now accepting resumes for Grader Operators. The successful candidate must be able to work safely and efficiently.

Core Responsibilities:

- Operate grader safely and efficiently
- Work well with other team members and follow direction
- Fill out daily equipment check lists
- Keep equipment clean
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Job Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience

- Must be able to work independently and demonstrate a strong customer service focus

- Must possess a valid driver’s license

- Able to work long hours and possibly 6-7 days a week

- Strong attention to detail

- Must be able to work with little supervision

- Must be able to follow direction
