We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Business Finance specialist to join our team in the Yorkshire & Humber, supporting businesses across Yorkshire & Humber in securing the funding they need.

As a Business Finance Investment Manager, you will play a key role in meeting businesses, assessing, evaluating, and writing business finance applications, ensuring each deal is thoroughly reviewed and aligned with our lending criteria. Collaborate with Accountants, Business Advisers, Brokers & Key Stakeholders, to grow your network and promote Business Enterprise Fund (Yorkshire & Humber).

Reporting to the Senior Investment Manager. You will work closely with the Senior Investment Manager to increase our brand awareness, grow our Introducer & Stakeholder Network, meet with a wide range of businesses, from start-ups to well-established enterprises, helping them access the financial resources necessary to expand, innovate, and achieve their goals.

Experience

The ideal candidate will have good experience in business lending for SMEs.

Ability to multi-task and prioritise deadlines to meet customer expectations

Good presentation skills & ability to communicate and interact at all levels of management.

A proactive self-starter - eager to learn, with the ability to self-organise/deliver independently and operate under your own initiative to anticipate, manage and resolve multiple priorities
