Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Tax Semi-Senior to join our dynamic Tax team within a well-established UK accounting practice. The successful candidate will support the delivery of high-quality tax compliance and advisory services to a varied portfolio of clients, including individuals, partnerships, and companies. Key Responsibilities:

Provide an excellent level of service to a portfolio of clients which meets and exceeds their expectations.
Prepare the tax returns in accordance with Xeinadin’s standard procedures.
Preparation of personal, partnership, and corporate tax returns for a diverse client base.
Liaising directly with HMRC and clients to handle queries and correspondence.
Ensure agreed deliverables are within a set timeframe and that the job is completed within budget.
Ensure self and team members follow all legal and statutory requirements.
Keeping up to date with changes in tax legislation and best practices.
Represent Xeinadin to the client ensuring that the day to day is delivered ensuring a focus on innovation and the future.
Represent the firm internally and externally in a professional manner through appearance, conduct and attitude.
Key Requirements:

Studying towards or qualified in ATT / part-qualified CTA / AAT with strong tax exposure.
Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience within a UK accountancy practice, ideally with a focus on tax.
Good working knowledge of UK tax compliance processes.
Additional Requirements:

Experience in both personal and corporate tax compliance.
Exposure to tax advisory work.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality and accuracy.
Demonstrates high levels of confidentiality and adheres to professional ethical standards.
