Help Wanted: Experienced Controller / Accountant for Multi-Entity Management

We’re seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Controller / Accountant to join our dynamic team. This unique role involves managing financial operations across several companies, assisting in the formation of new entities, and providing personal accounting services. It’s a position that demands precision, discretion, and strategic thinking—perfect for a seasoned professional ready to make a meaningful impact. This could be a part-time position with transition to full-time.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee accounting functions for multiple businesses: AP/AR, reconciliations, and reporting
Assist in forming new companies. Set up and maintain financial records for newly formed companies
Provide personal accounting and financial organization support
Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
Coordinate with external auditors, tax professionals, and attorneys
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and best practices
Bonus Qualifications:

Aviation industry experience is a strong plus
Familiarity with aircraft ownership structures or aviation-related accounting is highly desirable
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Controller, Accountant, or similar role
Comfortable managing complex financial portfolios and intercompany transactions
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Discreet and trustworthy, especially when handling sensitive personal finances
Comfortable working independently and proactively with minimal supervision.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
