Looking for an interim role where you can make a real difference? This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified accountant who enjoys variety, autonomy, and being truly embedded in the business.

We’re working with a client based in the Bournemouth area who needs experienced support during a busy period. You’ll be stepping into a key interim role to take the pressure off a stretched finance team, bringing capability, calm, and confidence.

You’ll be rolling up your sleeves and taking ownership of core finance processes while supporting the Group Financial Controller and Finance Director with year-end, audit prep, forecasting, and more.

What you’ll be doing:
• Supporting with monthly management accounts, budgeting and forecasting
• Assisting with year-end and audit preparation
• Owning balance sheet reconciliations
• Helping shape the upcoming strategic plan
• Working closely with the Finance Director and GFC to identify opportunities for improvement
• Acting as a steady pair of hands during a busy period, bringing calm, clarity and capability

What we’re looking for:
• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
• Strong technical skills with a commercial mindset
• Someone flexible, confident, and able to hit the ground running
• Proven experience in year-end, audit, management accounts, and forecasting
• Excellent communicator who’s happy working across teams and functions
• A genuine team player who’s ready to jump in and add value from day one
