Are you a commercially-minded finance professional looking to take the next step in your career?
We’re working with a well-established and respected manufacturing business to recruit an aspiring Management Accountant/Finance Business Partner. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced environment, working closely with Sales and Operational teams to drive financial performance and business success.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Preparing and analysing monthly management accounts to provide clear business insights.
Conducting variance analysis, product costing, and stock reporting.
Providing financial commentary to support decision-making.
Partnering with operational teams to drive cost efficiencies and profitability.
Assisting with financial analysis of departmental spend and month-end reporting.
Supporting ad hoc projects and reporting requirements.
What We’re Looking For:
Graduate/AAT qualified / Part-Qualified Accountant with SME or manufacturing experience.
Strong commercial mindset – able to translate numbers into actionable insights.
Excellent Excel skills and experience working with large datasets.
Ambition and drive to grow with the business, taking on increased responsibilities.
Outstanding communication skills, with the confidence to challenge and influence senior stakeholders.
