About us
Stellco Properties, LLC is an experienced operator of commercial real estate throughout the western suburbs of Chicagoland. Providing responsive management, maintaining a standard of uncompromising excellence and upholding the highest level of integrity is an intrinsic part of our culture.
We are seeking a full or part time person to handle the following responsibilities:
Review all invoice and ensure proper coding.
Manage accounts receivable.
Maintain tenant records.
Close EOM and perform bank reconciliations.
Prepare financial reports and review for discrepancies.
Prepare budgets
Prepare any 1099s.
Real estate tax and CAM billings.
Assist with various special projects on occasion.
Exceptional attention to detail a must.
Bachelors degree preferred.
Yardi experience preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
