Job Title: Accounting AP Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking an AP Specialist to join our accounting team. This role reports to the Controller to ensure accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices into our Foundation software system.

Role and Responsibilities: Record Accounts Payable invoices in an accurate and timely manner including proper coding and approvals. Maintain strong working relationships with vendors and internal teams. Facilitate new vendor setup including collection of W-9 and certificates of insurance compliance. Manage vendor master data. Serve as a backup for other Accounts Receivable and Accounting functions.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Experience in accounts payable functions on a software platform.
Strong attention to detail and well organized
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Pay Range

The estimated starting pay range for this role is $55,000 - $75,000 per year depending on experience.
