Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to join our team at Grand Family Dentistry in the US. This role is crucial in maintaining our financial integrity and supporting our mission of delivering exceptional dental care. The Accountant will play a key role in managing financial records, ensuring compliance, and contributing to the overall success of our practice.

Responsibilities

Must be proficient in QuickBooks
Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports.
Ensure compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements.
Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making.
Assist in tax preparation and reporting.
Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial operations.
Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
Proven experience as an Accountant, preferably within the healthcare or dental industry.
Strong understanding of GAAP principles.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks).
Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance requirements.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel for financial reporting.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
