Duties

Planning and executing quality audit inspections, as well as analysing and reviewing systems, data, and documentation for compliance.
Identifying discrepancies and high-risk areas to ensure adherence to established standards and procedures.
Proposing corrective actions and recommending improvements to address non-compliance issues identified during audits and monitoring activities.
Engaging with users and management through communication, education, and collaboration to promote awareness and compliance with quality control standards and procedures.
Assisting in the diagnosis, testing, troubleshooting, and resolution of system-related issues.
Designing and delivering technical training and guidance on application software and operational protocols.
Assessing and resolving a range of technical issues related to the installation, maintenance, repair, upgrades, and configuration of desktops, software, hardware, printers, internet connectivity, email systems, databases, operating systems, and security infrastructure.
Qualifications

a bachelor degree or higher qualification
At least five years of relevant experience and/or relevant vendor certification may substitute for the formal qualification.
