🔑 What You’ll Do

Financial Leadership
• Deliver accurate monthly/quarterly financials (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
• Ensure IFRS compliance and lead internal/external audits
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and tax compliance (UK & Ireland)

Strategic Planning & Forecasting
• Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles
• Build financial models and scenario analyses
• Provide insights to support strategic decisions

Project & Team Collaboration
• Oversee project accounting and profitability tracking
• Partner with Project Managers to align financials with delivery
• Coach and develop a high-performing finance team

Compliance & Reporting
• Submit VAT returns, import duty declarations, Intrastat, and EC Sales Lists

🧠 What You Bring
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA)
• Strong knowledge of UK/EU VAT regulations (including RCT in Ireland)
• ERP experience (Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle) + advanced Excel skills
• A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a passion for project accounting
