Job Responsibilities/Duties:

General bookkeeping
Accounts receivable
Accounts payable
Bank reconciliations
Payroll setup
Payroll processing
Quarterly payroll reports
Sales tax returns
Proficiency with QuickBooks accounting software with the ability to train and assist clients.
Ability to work independently without direct supervision
Performs other duties as assigned
Work Remotely

Schedule:

Monday to Friday
Weekends as needed
