If you are looking for a truly meaningful career...this is it! SVA Trust & Estates Managers partner with business owners, their families, and their advisors from around the US to consultatively optimize estate, gift, and income taxes through planning and implementation. Wealth transfer and succession planning are important to clients – they value the highly intense connections we make with them. In this role, you will engage directly with the clients to inform and guide their decision-making, while collaborating with our internal leaders on client relationship management – providing multiple touchpoints for the clients.

Our exceptional team is comprised of tax principals, managers, senior accountants, staff, paraprofessionals, and everything in between. We possess a high level of understanding and expertise that spans many areas that all align around the goal of solving our client’s business and wealth transfer issues to ultimately provide them Measurable Results®. Every colleague at SVA epitomizes our 31 Fundamental behaviors that enable us to take great care of our clients and each other. SVA has achieved Great Place to Work status seven years running.

Qualifications for this role include 5 or more years’ experience in tax and accounting working with businesses and High Net Worth families in planning and compliance roles. Typical education backgrounds include bachelor’s degree in accounting or related fields that demonstrate an understanding of tax and planning processes. Successful candidates should also be certified as a CPA or EA. Experience in staff supervision and training is important as well.

We're flexible for the right candidates: full or part time or seasonal; remote or hybrid (brick and mortar offices = Madison WI, Brookfield WI, and Colorado Springs CO); we appreciate diverse backgrounds and experience – we can develop the right candidates to be successful.
