Accountant - Construction Industry - $70 to $85K base range

Our growing client in the Construction industry, is seeking an Senior Accountant to join their team!

Our client is after someone with either manufacturing or construction experience.

Please note, only candidates living in Calgary will be considered.

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
• Full cycle accounting under ASPE;
• Month end reporting;
• Budgeting and forecasting;
• Preparing private company financial reporting packages;
• Cost accounting, cost reconciliations and project cost allocations;
• Intercompany eliminations;
• Cash flow forecasting and cash flow statement preparation;

Responsibilities:

Requirements:
• 2+ years similar experience in the construction industry;
• 3+ years in a progressive accounting role;
• Strong excel (pivot tables, vlookups at a minimum
• Ideally designated or working towards their designation.
