About the Role:


We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Parts Driver to join our Parts Delivery & Warehouse Support team. This role combines timely and accurate delivery of parts with warehouse support duties, contributing to smooth daily operations and outstanding customer service.


Key Responsibilities:

Ensure all parts are delivered to customers as scheduled
Verify that correct customer details appear on delivery sheets
Confirm all parts received by the customer are in a saleable condition
Promote awareness of the company’s full range of services and facilities
Ensure customers receive all items listed on the invoice
Actively encourage customers to purchase other franchise parts from our group
Assist in picking and preparing parts orders within the warehouse
Maintain vehicle cleanliness and check fluid levels regularly
Obtain customer signatures on delivery documents to confirm receipt of goods
What We’re Looking For:


Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
A valid Australian driver’s licence (manual preferred)
Previous experience in the heavy vehicle or related automotive industry
Attention to detail
Previous experience as a Parts Driver preferred however not essential
An interest in the automotive industry
