What does the job look like?

Our Retail business is looking for experienced HC truck drivers to deliver products to stores and distribution centres in Melbourne’s metro areas and some regional areas. This is your opportunity to thrive in a permanent position on a Monday to Friday roster, starting at 8:00am. Key areas:

Driving the commitment to Linfox Safety Standards at all times, and ensuring that Vision Zero is a daily focus
Complying with the Linfox coupling and uncoupling procedure plus the ability to work unsupervised
Able to assist in loading and unloading when required
Good knowledge of Chain of Responsibility and road transport legislation
Ability to communicate effectively with team members, managers and customers on a day-to-day basis

Current and valid HC license
History of safe work practices
Familiarity with Melbourne’s metro area
Responsible manual handling experience
