Partnership & Sales Officer – Drive Growth

Do you thrive on making calls, building relationships, and sealing deals?
We’re looking for a high-performing, self-driven Sales Officer to connect our mobile dental service with schools across Victoria. You’ll be on the front line — introducing our life-changing dental program to new schools, developing long-term partnerships, and growing our impact.

What You’ll Do:

Call and visit schools to pitch our services
Build trusted relationships with school decision-makers
Lock in service agreements
Be the face and voice of our dental outreach mission
You’ll Need:

A hunger to hit targets and exceed expectations
Strong phone skills and in-person presence
The ability to build rapport quickly and genuinely
Proven experience in sales, account management or school-based partnerships
A current driver’s license and willingness to travel (vehicle provided)
