- Handling inbound calls and emails in a professional manner.
- Answer phone calls and handle queries while visit at the office.

- Attending regular team meetings to clarify progress and performance-related expectations.
- Conducting each of your functions with the utmost respect, regardless of others' dispositions.
- Greet clients and direct them to an appropriate person.
- You are a strong mentor and coach who can build high-performing teams
- Escalating customer feedback as required.
- Calling active and budding clients to encourage the purchase of items.
- The candidate should be calm-minded and able to work under pressure.
