Summary

We are seeking an experienced, discreet, and resourceful Personal Assistant-Lifestyle Management professional to support a distinguished household on a contract basis for the summer season. This dynamic role requires hands-on support as well as remote coordination and planning that would require approximately 16-hours per week.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and capable of managing priorities with efficiency and discretion. Responsibilities will include personal assistance, social coordination, travel logistics, special projects. Above all, confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism are paramount.

Key Responsibilities
• Organize and manage social events and personal gatherings.
• Handle personal errands, including shopping, gifting, and household coordination.
• Ensure the employer’s well-being through appointment management, travel arrangements, and lifestyle support.

Qualifications & Skills
• 5+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant, or Lifestyle Management professional.
• Experience supporting prominent individuals.
• Absolute discretion and confidentiality.
• Organized, proactive, and adaptable, with a strong problem-solving mindset.
• Strong interpersonal skills to manage relationships.
• Ability to handle urgent requests with flexibility.
• Strong research and analytical skills.

Additional information
• Contract based.
• Must have flexibility in your availability.
