Anabas is a dynamic National Facilities Management company. Our focus lies in supporting corporate office occupiers looking for a great workplace experience for their staff and customers.


Anabas is currently seeking to employ an experienced Receptionist to carry out reception and facilities duties to provide an exceptional client experience through the delivery of their duties to one of our prestigious clients in the city of London A high standard of service delivery is expected, and you will have the ability to understand what is needed to ensure our client requirements are met.

Your responsibilities will include:

Check all meeting rooms thoroughly, to an agreed set of standards and rectifying any issues.

Book, allocate and confirm meeting rooms for the client floor, making the best use of space available.

Complete all advanced bookings accurately and liaise with relevant departments to ensure events are scheduled correctly and complete all associated administrative tasks

Monitor all emails continuously and respond in a timely manner.

Assist with preparing operational reports and statistics.

Answer the Switchboard promptly and politely as per our service level agreements.

Assist with updating the Global Directory System.

Assist with security administration, issuing passes and keys and associated administration.

Carry out facilities duties, including but not limited to; building inspection for cleaning and maintenance issues, organising and monitoring of stock, administrative tasks relating to the contract and meeting room set ups and moves and changes duties.

Provide any necessary operational support to colleagues to ensure service levels are maintained.

Provide ad hoc support to managers when requested.


You will have:

Experience in customer service
Have exceptional organisation and communication skills.
This is a full time permanent position. (Monday to Friday 40 hrs per week)
