About the Role:
Join our fast-paced Commercial Team in a hands-on role that supports the full product lifecycle—from research and sourcing to costings, product set-up, and design. You'll work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure timely, high-quality, and cost-effective product launches. If you’re organised, detail-focused, and passionate about product, this is a great opportunity to develop and play a key role within a fast-evolving business.
Key Responsibilities:
· Set up new products using internal systems, ensuring data accuracy
· Maintain and update key trackers
· Communicate required actions effectively during the product lifecycle
· Liaise with suppliers to support smooth product launches, tracking all communications and timelines
· Build relationships with suppliers
· Prepare and submit artwork briefs, clearly outlining product design details for the Creative Team
· Assist in the execution and coordination of large-scale, ongoing projects
· Work closely with the NPD & Innovation Manager to deliver all new products on time, at the best cost, and to the highest quality standards.
· Participate in trend research
· Generate and assess reports to enhance new & existing product development
· Drive efficiency and understand ways of working within the team
· Work collaboratively across Design, Marketplaces, Supply Chain & Regulatory/Quality teams
· Provide general administrative support as required
Experience & Skills Required:
• A strong team player with excellent communication skills
• Highly organised
• Proven problem-solving capabilities
• Detail-orientated with a passion for driving innovation and efficiency
• Pro-active and a self-starter, with an ability to manage key stakeholders
• Eager to learn and open to taking on new tasks outside of your comfort zone
Adaptable to a fast-paced environmentand written communication skills
