Lead Archer Administration/Developer

Charlotte, NC (3 days onsite /week)

12+ months- ideally contract to hire

This role will oversee production support, software deployments, upgrades, and general platform administration.
The lead will also support a wide range of technology compliance needs.
• 2+ years experience in a lead capacity
• Experience installing the archer software on servers
• 5+ years of Archer Administrative experience, including development
• 3+ years of SQL querying experience
• 3 years of production support
• Proficiency in SQL, Windows Server, and IIS.
• Experience with deployment automation and version control tools.
• Active Archer Expert Administrator certificate
• ServiceNow experience
• SaaS migration experience
• Strong understanding of GRC processes and risk frameworks
