About the Role
As a Call Centre Administrator you will Provide exceptional customer service through various channels (phone, email) and establish positive relationships with parents, caregivers and organisations.
Actively listening to parents, caregivers, addressing all level of non-clinical inquiries, offering suitable solutions to meet their needs promptly where appropriate.
Ensuring all information is accurately documented
Have the ability to handle parent, caregiver, external complaints and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction, escalating complex cases/situations when necessary.
Maintain meticulous records and update information accurately into our databases.
Collaborate with internal teams to relay feedback from parents, caregivers and contribute to ongoing improvements in our services.
Self-awareness and mindful of your own values and beliefs and how this can impact on others.
Ability to explore and identify needs and understand that one size may not fit all, critical thinking is key
Ability to maintain confidentiality with patient dealings and information.
Develop effective relationships across the organisation with all level employees.
About the Team/Service
We are a small call centre who receives call for all patients within the Waikato region, assiting our patients with enrolments and appointment bookings along with all other general queries.
About you
Experience in implementing Te Tiriti o Waitangi in action
Excellent level of interpersonal skills along with written and verbal communication.
Effective interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Excellent data entry skills
Proficiency with using technology and multitasking between different systems while actively listening
Take accountability for quality and accuracy
Good level of computer literacy skills
A passion for helping people
