Job Description
What You’ll Do
Deliver 1 hour of tailored, person-centred support per resident each week
Carry out weekly wellbeing visits and monitor progress
Encourage residents to develop independent living skills (budgeting, shopping, medication, etc.)
Promote positive mental health and lifestyle choices
Maintain clear, accurate records through our mobile/web app
Liaise with managers and external professionals where needed
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 1 year of experience supporting vulnerable adults
Comfortable using smartphones and online systems
Enhanced DBS required (or willing to obtain)
Self-employed status
Access to a vehicle and ability to travel across Birmingham
Strong communication skills, empathy, and reliability
Health & Social Care Level 2 or higher (preferred)
Familiarity with Supported Exempt Housing or RSL frameworks is a bonus
