Senior Recruitment Manager (Engineering Recruitment Non Billing)

Location

Remote and home working and West Midlands office

Engineering , Technical , Pharmaceutical , Medical Devices , Manufacturing ,FMCG , Food & Drink ,white collar professional permanent recruitment .

Role

Key senior hire and integral to the ambitious growth plan for a successful Engineering & Technical Recruitment Company.

The business is growing fast. The number of recruiters being hired or due to start in 2026 now requires a senior recruitment manager work along side a training manager to support the teams training and personal career plan .

You will be hands on and tailor the support of each recruitment consultant depending their own industry and recruitment experience background . There is currently a mix of trainees and experienced recruiters with an additional 20 hires planned next year .Your role is to ensure the team deliver expected results .

Level

Mid to Senior Leadership Management
• Would consider any proven senior recruitment consultant/ managing or principle consultant or recruitment manager that has been involved in training and supporting recruitment consultants .

Essential Experience

Sales recruitment experience and /or management in a recruitment agency environment.

Desirable sector knowledge -Engineering , Technical , Pharmaceutical , Medical Devices , Manufacturing ,FMCG , Food & Drink ,white collar professional permanent recruitment .

Salary and Benefits

to £60k ,car plus team and personal bonus
