Associate - Banking and Finance

Responsibilities:
Advise on banking and finance transactions with a primary focus on real estate financing.
Provide advice to clients across all sectors and multiple jurisdictions, helping them manage risk while ensuring commercial targets are reached.
Manage risk and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Deliver high-quality, technically precise, and commercially focused advice to clients with an excellent level of service.
Maintain your knowledge of the relevant practice and stay up to date with current sector and market trends.

Essential

Qualified solicitor with significant experience of acting for both lenders and borrowers on real estate finance transactions.
Experience working on real estate finance transactions or general finance and banking with a REF focus.
Commercially minded with excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to demonstrate technical and commercial expertise.
A collaborative approach to building and developing relationships with clients and colleagues.
