Job Description
Mō Tēnei Tūranga Mahi | About the Role
We are looking for an experienced receptionist to be a customer service agent for our front of house reception at Rotorua Thermal Holiday Park.
This is a permanent part time position. The days of work are Wednesday to Saturday from 8:00am to 4:30pm (32 Hours per week). There may be the opportunity to do more hours to cover kaimahi (staff) absence so flexibility is important.
You will deliver a range of front-line reception services ensuring all enquiries, bookings, reservations and face-to-face interactions with customers are carried out efficiently.
Experience with or the ability to quickly master booking systems is key to this role, knowledge of Seekom would be advantageous.

A customer service “Super Star”
Someone who welcomes our guests with a smile and goes out of your way to ensure their stay is one to remember
Can maximise customer satisfaction and develop positive customer relations which may lead to repeat business

Able to work unsupervised and at times under pressure as we are a busy holiday park with an excellent reputation
Someone with high integrity, honesty, and attention to detail
