📝 Rquirements:
We are looking for a candidate with 7 years of proven experience in an IT organization focused on Banking and Financial Services. You should have strong domain knowledge of the banking ecosystem, coupled with a deep understanding of market dynamics. Technical expertise in Cassandra, MongoDB, Couchbase, and DB2 UDB administration is essential. Additionally, you should possess a strong understanding of technology trends and market developments. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial, as you will need to build rapport and trust with clients. We value strategic thinkers who can develop and execute innovative solutions and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

👩‍💻👨‍💻 Your responsibilities are:
As a Senior Database Administrator, you will manage deployments and configurations for NO-SQL and RDBMS databases. Your responsibilities will include the administration and configuration of single and multiple clusters on various NO-SQL and RDBMS platforms such as Cassandra, MongoDB, and Couchbase. You will be responsible for node addition or removal from existing clusters and the architecture and design of databases for application teams. Collaborating with respective stakeholder teams, you will ensure the delivery of high-quality services and solutions. Effective communication with clients and internal teams to ensure clear understanding and alignment on objectives and deliverables will be key. You will support database migrations from full to incremental repairs, performance tuning, server-level backups and restorations, and participate in proof of concepts involving installation and configuration in production and non-production environments. Additionally, you will provide support during patching and OS upgrades and have a solid understanding of REST API interactions with the cluster.
