Child Care Teacher

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Childcare teacher to join our team. As a Childcare teacher, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, well-being, and development of the children in our care. Duties:
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for children
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and educational programs
- Supervise children during playtime, meals, and naptime
- Assist with personal hygiene tasks such as diapering and potty training
- Monitor children's behavior and intervene when necessary
- Collaborate with parents to ensure open communication and address any concerns
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the childcare area

Experience:
- Previous experience working with children in a childcare setting, classroom, or similar environment
- Familiarity with childhood development principles and practices
- Knowledge of early childhood education techniques and curriculum
- Experience in infant care, special education, or preschool is a plus
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities

Qualifications
- Experience with children in a childcare setting
- Classroom experience or early childhood education background
- Familiarity with infant care and childhood development
- Pediatric CPR/First aid certification required
- Special education or preschool experience a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
-Willing to take the 24 hr pre-service course - Ability to manage classroom and behavior effectively
