Job description
The Copthorne Hotel Slough - Windsor is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Assistant who will be responsible for assisting in providing efficient, friendly and quality service.

As Food & Beverage Assistant your key responsibilities include:
• To ensure that tables are appropriately cleared and re-set according to M&C standards.
• Deal with complaints and ensure guest’s wishes are met.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage items served for dinner service and upsell where appropriate.
• To perform all duties related to restaurant opening/closing shifts
• Take responsibility for ensuring the overall cleanliness of the restaurant area.

As Food & Beverage Assistant the essential skills required:
• Previous F&B and hosting experience in hotel or restaurant advantageous
• Excellent communication skill and organization skills
• Positive, can-do attitude
• Attention to detail
• Great team player
