Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in a fine dining environment. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service skills and have a passion for providing an outstanding dining experience. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that guests have a memorable experience.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor.
Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system.
Provide recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience.
Ensure tables are properly set and sanitized before and after each guest.
Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation.
Assist with bussing tables to maintain cleanliness in the dining area.
Handle cash register transactions accurately and efficiently.
Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of meals.
Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods.
Qualifications

Previous experience as a Server in a fine dining establishment is preferred but not required.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests.
Familiarity with cash register operations and POS systems, such as OpenTable, is advantageous.
Ability to upsell menu items effectively to increase sales.
Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude are essential.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Must be able to stand for long periods and lift trays of food or drinks as needed.
