Job Description
We are looking for a NYC-based Revenue Enablement Manager to join our talented, dynamic, and rapidly growing global team. We have an in-office policy of 2 days per week for local employees.
We are just scratching the surface of what AI can do to optimize and automate workflows across our GTM teams. This role is an opportunity to directly impact performance across BDR, AE, AM, and CS functions by doing two things:
Replacing manual and repetitive tasks with automation
Improving conversion rates through rigorous A/B testing of our messaging
This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of GTM execution, AI tools, and enablement. You’ll report directly to the CRO and work closely with GTM leadership to enhance team efficiency, refine messaging through a mastery of prompt engineering, and identify opportunities for AI-assisted innovation across our sales and customer lifecycle.

We’re a diverse, collaborative, and fast-growing team of 100+ employees with offices in New York and London and a global client base. Backed by Marlin Equity Partners, we’re passionate about creating an inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued and has a voice, and we actively hire from a diverse pool of candidates.

Build smart cadences and automated triggers for everything from cold outreach to prospect follow-ups to client support requests and expansion opportunities

Evaluate and recommend new tools to enhance our GTM tech stack, while consolidating underperforming ones and mastering the tools we already have
Leverage our client health score monitoring and usage data to automate collateral like QBR decks, renewal flows, and upsell cadences
Ensure AI chat tools are providing messaging that optimizes ticket resolution for clients and improves the chances of an inbound for prospects
