To learn more about us, pls visit Strada Global Page Product Engineering, Lead Senior Specialist (Back-end .NET Developer) Job Responsibilities: A development team member of an Agile team you participate in and contribute to all Agile ceremonies such as and not limited to: Daily stand-up meeting, you provide overview of your tasks you performed last working day, you explain what tasks you will be picking up and explain any impediment that blocks you from delivering your planned tasks. You also support the team and help solving impediments raised by other team members where applicable. Sprint planning: You help providing estimations and suggest what stories/tasks you can pick up and deliver in the upcoming sprint. Sprint Review and Demo: you keep all tasks and story stories up to date and prepare demonstrations of working software Sprint retrospective: you provide insights on what went well and what can be improved in next sprints to increase the team velocity Refinement sessions: in a working session with stakeholders you make sure you have a full understanding of the functional (and non-functional)
