We have recently moved to a bigger and better location as we are expanding and therefore require a Qualified Beauty Therapist to join our team immediately. You would be proficient in carrying out various beauty treatments to high standards with the ability to building a loyal clientele base and supporting the salon management and team in the day to day running of the business. In return, we offer competitive rates of pay plus commission to the right candidate.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
• Carrying out beauty treatments to high levels on all clients
• Meeting targets for both beauty services, retail and proactively up-selling additional services and products to clients
• Take ownership of own service column and product sale to maximize revenue
• Maintaining cleanliness of beauty treatment rooms, equipment and surrounding areas at all times
• Actively supporting management in stock-taking and stock management as required
• Following all salon polices and procedures and instructions from management

Person Specification
• Minimum of 2 year salon experience
• Professionally recognised qualification level 2 NVQ/SQV or equivalent in beauty therapy or equivalent
• Demonstrable experience of delivering customer excellence
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Fluency in English
• Ability to work cohesively with other employees as part of a team
• Must adhere industry standards of personal grooming, representing salon to very high standards
• Demonstrate high standards of punctuality and good time-keeping
• Enjoy working in fast-paced environment and have a positive attitude to work
