We are seeking a skilled Beauty & Massage Therapist to join our small team in providing exceptional services to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for holistic treatments and excellent customer service skills. We pride ourselves on our customer service and the treatments we provide.

Qualifications & Experience:

We are looking for a Beauty & Massage Therapist to join our small team here at Ains Beauty Salon.
• NVQ Beauty Level 2 & 3 | and Level 4 if possible
• You must have a minimum 2/3 years of salon experience and be able to work independently
• You must have experience in the following treatments:
• Massage
• Facials
• Waxing

Ideal experience in the following treatments would be an advantage:
• Micro-needling
• Laser hair removal
• CACI non-surgical face lift
• LPG
• Lipo body sculpting
• SQT
• Chemical Peels
• Dermaplaning

Our Ideal Beauty Therapist:
• NVQ Level 2 & 3 and Level 4 if possible
• Min 2-3 years in-salon experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Exceptional Professionalism
• Have a friendly & positive attitude
• Able to work independently
• Passionate in holistic and skincare services
• Hard-working
• Ready to cover late nights & weekends when required

Responsibilities – Your role as a therapist at Ains Beauty Salon
• Deliver five-star treatments, including massages, facials, and skincare treatments
• Create Unforgettable Experiences – Provide an exceptional client experience through personalised and luxurious services.
• Maintaining the highest professional standards
• Create a tranquil and relaxing atmosphere
• Uphold the finest standards, ensuring impeccable hygiene, etiquette, and care always
• Help the business to grow its client base and ensure all clients enjoy their visits
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their beauty needs
• Provide a range of beauty services including waxing, manicures, pedicures, facials and massage
• Keep up to date with the latest beauty trends and techniques
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the salon
• Upsell beauty products and services to clients
