Position: Sales Manager

CTC: 4 LPA+ Incentives+ Bonus

Education: Any Graduate

Experience: 3 to 4 years experience in sales or marketing

Job Description:

- Develop plans for cold calling, business-to-business marketing visits, and direct sales techniques to draw in new customers or clients.

- Consider customer preferences when determining where to focus your sales efforts.

- Decide on unique price plans or discounted prices.

- Develop and manage training initiatives for sales personnel. Set sales goals and assign sales territories.

- Make spending plans and approve expenditures.

- Respond to customer concerns regarding sales and service

- Project sales and evaluate the return on goods and services invested in.

- Analyze sales information
