Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Consultant Pathologist to join our team at Dr Lal PathLabs (Pvt) Ltd. As a Consultant Pathologist, you will be the Technical and Administrative head of our laboratory, responsible for overseeing various technical aspects, maintaining high-quality standards, and ensuring efficient inventory control.

Key Responsibilities:

- Take charge as the Technical and Administrative head of the laboratory.

- Ensure timely calibration of instruments and accurate testing of samples.

- Strictly monitor the Quality control of all tests conducted.

- Validate and release reports in a timely manner.

- Provide guidance and support to lab technicians and staff.

- Keep the cost of lab operations within budgeted limits.

- Prepare the lab for NABL audit and other applicable audits.

- Interact with the Dy. Head Lab Operations and corporate office on lab-related issues.

- Attend and present CMEs (Continuing Medical Education).
