Senior Fashion Designer - Women's Wear (Western Fashion Style)

Job Responsibilities:
1. Independently develop and design women's clothing styles based on the project's product theme and style complete the design and development of products within the designated timeline, including product sketches, technical packages, and coordinating with sample production.
2. Have the ability to control the quantity, style, fabric and accessory selection, and pattern-making manage the product development schedule and timeline effectively.
3. Possess a strong personal aesthetic and originality, with extensive knowledge of fabrics and trims.
4. Stay updated on Western fashion trends, brand developments, and trending elements.
5. Be familiar with the properties of fabrics and trims and understand key points of fashion design manage design development costs in a reasonable and effective manner while completing the design.
6. Oversee and ensure production quality and standards, and follow up on the entire process in a structured and standardized way.
7. Have a sharp insight into popular styles, colors, and techniques be familiar with garment construction and the development process.

Job Requirements:
1. Experience in foreign trade women's wear development experience in cross-border e-commerce women's fashion development is preferred experience with SHEIN or Temu women's wear development is a plus.
2. College degree or above in fashion design or related fields ability to use AI tools to assist in design is a bonus.
3. Minimum of 3 years of experience (excluding assistant-level experience).
4. Deep understanding of fashion and clothing design, strong fashion sensitivity and creativity, capable of independently completing product design and development tasks.
5. Proficient in design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
6. Strong insight into market trends and customer needs.
7. Excellent communication skills and team spirit, able to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
