ob Title: Junior Fashion Designer

This role is designed to work closely with the Founder/Creative Director and Senior Designers to execute their vision accurately and on time.

The job requires you to turn hand-drawn sketches from Senior Designers into samples, track sample progress with karigars, ensure deadlines are met, and promptly flag any delays.

You will also be responsible for organizing fabric swatches and trims according to the preferences of Senior Designers without adding personal input.

To be considered for this role, you should have a Fashion diploma/degree from institutions like NIFT, ISDI, or Pearl, or at least 1 year of experience assisting a strict designer.

It is essential to possess no creative ego and be willing to support the Founder's vision. You should be meticulous about meeting deadlines.
