Lab Technician (Candidates Preferred From Dharmapuri Location)

Perform high-complexity testing in biochemistry, hematology, microbiology, and other departments.
Validate test results, calibrate instruments, and ensure accuracy.
Supervise specimen processing, test execution, and result verification.
Ensure compliance with NABH protocols and maintain quality control logs.
Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with service engineers.
Maintain LIS (Laboratory Information System) entries and test reports.
Support external quality assessment (EQAS) and internal quality control (IQC).
Train junior technicians and ensure departmental documentation.
Receive, label, and process samples for testing.
Conduct routine tests in hematology, biochemistry, serology, and microbiology.
Maintain and clean laboratory equipment and workspace.
Document results, enter data into LIS, and maintain test logs.
Follow aseptic techniques and waste disposal guidelines.
Support internal quality control and calibration processes.
Report abnormal results immediately to medical officers or pathologists.
Qualifications:

DMLT / B.Sc / M.Sc. in MLT or relevant discipline
Experience:

1–6 years of lab experience in hospital/diagnostic center
Salary

Monthly CTC INR 10,000/- to INR 15,000/-
