Job Description
We are looking for a friendly and reliable front desk receptionist to join our dental office. This position is a key part of our team, helping to create a welcoming environment for our patients.
Job Duties
Greet patients and answer phone calls
Schedule and confirm appointments
Check patients in and out
Data entry
Voicemail and follow up with patients
Payment collections
Other duties will be discussed in interview
Requirements
Basic computer skills
Experience front desk in medical office or dental office
Bilingual in Haitian Creole is a Plus but not required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 per hour
