Pre-Primary Teacher

Experience Required: 1–3 years in Montessori or Early Childhood Education
Qualification: Diploma in Montessori / ECCE / NTT + Graduate (Preferred B.Ed.)

Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Montessori Teacher to join our CBSE-affiliated school. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering a nurturing and stimulating learning environment aligned with Montessori principles while meeting CBSE early years academic standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement Montessori methodology to support the physical, emotional, and intellectual development of children.
Create and maintain a prepared environment with age-appropriate materials and activities.
Plan and execute structured lessons as per CBSE guidelines for foundational years.
Observe and assess each child’s progress and maintain records accordingly.
Encourage independent learning, creativity, and critical thinking in students.
Communicate effectively with parents through meetings and regular updates.
Collaborate with co-teachers and participate in school-wide activities and training programs.
Maintain discipline, hygiene, and safety protocols in the classroom.
Requirements:

Diploma in Montessori / Early Childhood Care and Education / Nursery Teacher Training.
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (B.Ed. preferred).
Prior experience in a CBSE school setup is an advantage.
Strong communication skills in English.
Patience, compassion, and a child-centric approach to teaching.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
